Hazaribagh: Monalisa Lakda, a native of Hazaribagh district has been elevated to the post of state vice-president of BJP’s Minority Cell. State Minority Cell President Anwar Hayat and State Minister Dr. Arif Naseer Butt handed over the appointment letter to Monalisa.
An advocate by profession, Monalisa Lakda is also the media representative of MP and former Union Minister Jayant Sinha. She is also Hazaribagh district media in-charge of BJP Mahila Morcha.
Addressing the media after taking charge of the newly assigned post, Monalisa Lakda said, “ I will try to live up to the responsibility the party has entrusted to me. Apart from Hazaribagh, I will serve the minorities of Jharkhand state by becoming their voice ”.
