Mercury to soar from second week of March

Ranchi: If the words of the Weather Station are to be believed then winter might be on the verge of being over as the mercury is likely to soar upwards from the second week of March. At present, there is no Western Disturbance in Jharkhand and western disturbance is likely to form after a week. Om Tuesday, the sky remained partly cloudy and the weather in the evening became pleasant while it was hot in the day.

On March 3, the maximum temperature is likely to increase by two to three degrees celsius. From the first week of March, the cold will subside. With this, the weather will become pleasant, while the heat will knock from the second week of March.

According to MET the change in the weather has happened due to local reasons. The capital city of Ranchi and its surrounding areas received light rain with thunder in the evening after strong sunshine throughout the day.

On March 3, the maximum temperature is likely to increase by two to three degrees celsius. Simdega, Gumla and Lohardaga have also received light rain with strong wind. Scientist at the local weather station has informed that from the first week of March the cold will decrease. With this, the weather will become pleasant, while the heat will knock from the second week of March. From March 2, the northwest region of the country will once again be in the grip of western disturbances and from March 4 to 5 its effect can be seen in Jharkhand as well.
