Ranchi: If the words of the Weather Station are to be believed then winter might be on the verge of being over as the mercury is likely to soar upwards from the second week of March. At present, there is no Western Disturbance in Jharkhand and western disturbance is likely to form after a week. According to MET the change in the weather has happened due to local reasons. The capital city of Ranchi and its surrounding areas received light rain with thunder in the evening after strong sunshine throughout the day.
