JSSC PGT teacher recruitment exam date announced, exam will be held from August 18 to September 10, centres will be made in every district

Ranchi:  Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has released the date of Post Graduate Trained Competitive Exam. This exam will be held from 18 August to 10 September. For this, centres will be set up in all the districts of the state.

Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has issued a notification regarding this. However, the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission has not yet issued the admit card for the exam.

Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission in its notice has said that the admit card for the exam will be issued on the website of the commission. The Commission has said that candidates with 40 per cent or more disability, blindness and low vision, disability of hands and legs, cerebral palsy will be given the facility of scribe by the Commission. This facility will be available only when written information is given by the candidate. Such candidates will have to produce a certificate issued by the Civil Surgeon.

On the other hand, those who want to avail the facility provided by the commission, they will have to fill the format issued by the commission. Candidates have to submit this form by August 3. 3120 postgraduate trained teachers will be appointed through the examination. In this, there will be appointments on 2855 regular posts and 265 on backlog posts.

Online applications for this were taken by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission till May 4. In the Post Graduate Trained Teacher Competitive Examination 2023, there will be direct recruitment on 2137 posts in 2855 regular recruitment, while there will be limited examination (reserved for TGT) on 718 posts. At the same time, out of 265 posts for backlog, there will be direct recruitment on 204 posts and limited recruitment on 61 posts.
