Ranchi: Santosh Kumar Gangwar on Thursday personally filled out and signed the enumeration form under the Special Intensive Revision of the electoral roll at Lok Bhavan in Ranchi. He then handed the completed form to Booth Level Officer (BLO) Manju Kachhap of Polling Station No. 16 in the 63-Ranchi Assembly Constituency.
The event was attended by Jharkhand Chief Electoral Officer K. Ravi Kumar, Ranchi District Election Officer Manjunath Bhajantri, and Electoral Registration Officer-cum-Sub-Divisional Officer, Ranchi, Kumar Rajat.
The Governor appealed to all eligible Indian citizens in the state to promptly fill out and sign the enumeration form when the Booth Level Officer visits their homes as part of the Special Intensive Revision programme. He said this would help ensure that every eligible citizen is included in the electoral roll.
He also extended his best wishes to all officials and staff associated with the voter list revision campaign for its successful and effective implementation. Expressing confidence in their dedication, the Governor said their collective efforts would ensure that every eligible citizen in the state is duly enrolled in the voters’ list.
