Jharkhand Congress in Charge Gulam Ahamd Mir arrived Ranchi on his two day visit

Ranchi: All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary cum Jharkhand Congress in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir Saheb reached Ranchi during his two-day stay, where he participated in the felicitation ceremony organized by the State Congress at Sangam Garden in Morahabadi.

State Congress President Rajesh Thakur honored the newly appointed in-charge by giving him a shawl and a memento of Birsa Munda. A large number of Congress workers from the district including ministers, MLAs, state officials, district presidents participated in this felicitation ceremony. Earlier, Jharkhand in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir was warmly welcomed by the state president along with thousands of workers at Birsa Munda Airport.

While reaching the venue of the felicitation ceremony, Jharkhand in-charge garlanded the statue of Birsa Munda at Birsa Chowk. Addressing the welcome ceremony, newly appointed in-charge Ghulam Ahmed Mir said that we are overwhelmed with the greetings from Jharkhand.

There is no lack of energy in Jharkhand Congress, this is visible right now. He expressed gratitude towards Congress President Mallikarjan Kharge and Rahul Gandhi for having been entrusted with the responsibility of a glorious state like Jharkhand.

He said that with the cooperation of all of you, we will fully live up to your expectations. While addressing, he said that workers working at booth level will be given priority. The Congress party has taken everyone along and will continue to do so.

He said that in a country where needles were not manufactured, today everything from airplanes to satellites is being manufactured, which is the contribution of Congress and it is a matter of pride for all of us. He said that I have seen it in many states.

Where the Congress government has not come for twenty to thirty years. Still, there was no lack of enthusiasm among the workers there. Even today we are ready for the 2024 elections. It is a matter of great happiness for you that you have a government in the state.

Therefore, all your leaders and workers will have to work dedicatedly for the party with four times the enthusiasm and in the coming 2024, we are ready, which is the slogan given by the Congress Party. It will have to be realized and Rahul Gandhi will have to be made the Prime Minister. 

State President Rajesh Thakur said in his address that the work done together with former state in-charge Avinash Pandey has to be taken forward with Ghulam Ahmed Mir Saheb. He said in his address that we will have to be determined to win 14 seats by strengthening the India alliance. Whatever guidance we receive from the in-charge, we will fully try to implement it. We have formed committees from Panchayat level to booth level. We will contest the 2024 elections with full strength.

Thakur said that the aim of respected Rahul Gandhi is to open shops of love all over India, which we will fulfill with the efforts of all the workers and the guidance of the in-charge. In view of the slogan given by National President respected Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi, every worker of Jharkhand has geared up and is ready for 2024. 

AICC Secretary Pranab Jha said that the workers of Jharkhand should be fully prepared for 2024. Democracy has to be saved, the Constitution has to be protected and its responsibility lies on the shoulders of Congress.

Those who addressed the felicitation ceremony included State Executive President Bandhu Tirkey, Shahzada Anwar, Jaleshwar Mahato, Minister Dr. Rameshwar Oraon, Banna Gupta, Badal Patralekh, Former Union Minister Subodh Kant Sahay, former State President Dr. Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu, Sukhdev Bhagat are included.
