Ranchi: A partial hearing was held in the Jharkhand High Court on Friday on the petition of former CM and Barhet MLA Hemant Soren.
After which the bench of Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad fixed the next date of hearing on Monday, 26 February.
The special court of Ranchi PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) had refused to allow Hemant Soren to attend the budget session yesterday on Thursday.
After which Hemant Soren challenged the order of Ranchi PMLA Court in the High Court.
Advocates Piyush Chitresh and Shrey Mishra argued on behalf of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
