Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren met AICC national President Mallikarjun Kharge in the national capital. During the meeting between the two leaders, the Chief Minister extended his congratulations for the victory of the Congress party in Karnataka.
In the meeting, discussion was held between the two leaders on the prevailing political scenario and also over the future course of action. In the recently concluded assembly elections of Karnataka, the Congress had wrested the state from BJP having secured a very comfortable victory as it captured 135 seats.
Date of enrollment in 80 excellent schools extended Ranchi: Following the order of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, the date of enrollment in 80 excellent schools of the state for the academic year 2023-24 has been extended till May 25, 2023.
Earlier the date was fixed from 02.05.2023 to 15.05.2023. Apart from this, scrutiny of nomination forms will now be done till May 26 and 27.
The selection test for enrollment will be held on May 30. The Merit list will be published on June 07 and students will be enrolled according to the merit list till June 12. Thousands of applications have been received from across the state for enrollment in 80 excellence schools.
As per the demand of the people, the last date for submission of applications has been extended after the order of the Chief Minister.
