Heavy rain forecasted in next 2 to 3 days, there is a possibility of thunderstorm and Lightning – Meteorological Department

Ranchi: The effect of the monsoon will now be visible in Jharkhand. There is a possibility of rain in most parts of the state for the next three days.

According to the Meteorological Department, it will rain in many parts of the state from June 24 to June 25 and 26. According to the Meteorological Department, the effect of monsoon is being seen in the neighbouring states, there is a possibility that the effect of monsoon in Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh will now start appearing in Jharkhand as well. Meteorologist Dr Abhishek Anand said there is a possibility of cloudy and rain in many parts of the state.

Monsoon has already entered Jharkhand. But due to the slow pace, it has not reached the entire state yet. Monsoon has reached Jharkhand this year on June 20 with a delay of about one week. Monsoon has made its way through Santhal Parganas and first of all it rained in districts like Sahibganj, Pakur, Dumka, Godda and Deoghar.

The scorching hot wind and heat wave that continued till June 18 had troubled the people. The monsoon is gradually spreading in the entire state, according to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon will spread in the entire state in the next two days. It is raining in Santhal Pargana, Hazaribagh, Garhwa and Palamu. If we look at the figures of the last 24 hours, Hazaribagh has received a maximum rainfall of 98.5 mm.

Winds are also expected to blow at a speed of 30 to 40 km from June 23. The areas where the possibility of rain has been expressed include the districts of North Chotanagpur of the state.
