Ranchi: There is a possibility of rain in Jharkhand for the next six days.
According to the weather centre, there are chances of rain in Jharkhand till June 1.
During this time the wind speed can be 40 to 50 kilometres per hour.
There is also a possibility of thunderstorms along with thunder.
The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert regarding this.
According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature may drop by three to five degrees Celsius in the next two days.
After this, there may be an increase of three to five degrees in the next three days.
On May 27 also, there may be light to moderate rain with thunderstorms at some places in the north-eastern, central and southern parts of the state.
During this period, there is a possibility of strong winds as well as thunderstorms.
According to the Meteorological Department, there may be light rain with thunderstorms in eastern and central parts of Jharkhand on May 28.
The weather department has issued a yellow alert regarding thunderstorms.
Light to moderate rain may occur in north-eastern parts on 29th and 30th May and in eastern parts of Jharkhand on 31st May and 1st June.
Cyclonic storm Remal is moving rapidly.
On the night of 26th May, it can hit the coasts of West Bengal and Bangladesh with a speed of 110 to 120 kilometers per hour.
After which it can reach speeds up to 135 kilometres per hour.
In view of Cyclonic Storm Ramal, it has been decided to suspend flight operations over the coastal area of West Bengal including Kolkata from 12 noon on 26th May to 9pm on 27th May.
