Ranchi: Hearing on the criminal writ of former Chief Minister and Barhet MLA Hemant Soren was held in the Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday.
After the completion of arguments from ED and Hemant Soren during the hearing, the court has reserved its decision.
Country’s senior advocate Kapil Sibal and High Court advocate Piyush Chitresh argued on behalf of Hemant Soren.
On behalf of ED, ASGI SV Raju and Amit Das argued. Hemant Soren’s petition was heard in hybrid mode in the bench of High Court Acting Chief Justice Justice S Chandrashekhar and Justice Navneet Kumar.
