Hearing held in Jharkhand High Court in the mining lease allotment case related to CM and his family

Ranchi: A hearing was held in Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday on the petition filed in the mining lease allotment case related to Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and his family.

During the hearing in the division bench of Chief Justice and Justice Anand Sen, the court directed the petitioner to submit the necessary documents related to the case through an affidavit within three days.

Now further hearings in the case will take place next week. Sunil Mahato has filed a petition in this matter. 

Allegations have been made in the petition that the Chief Minister has allotted many mining leases in the name of his family members ignoring the rules.
