Ranchi: A delegation of HDFC Bank met Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Friday. The delegation apprised the bank about the work being done under CSR in the development of rural areas. HDFC Bank is playing its role in the development of education, drinking water, agriculture etc. in the rural areas of the state under CSR.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren said to the members of the delegation that HDFC Bank should cooperate under CSR for the better operation of the model schools run by the state government. Also, contribute to strengthening the modern facilities and system in these schools. Bank should make a better action plan on animal insurance in order to provide relief to the cattle herders in the state. Also make sure to connect local people with employment and provide loans.
