Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court on Thursday provided a big relief to Anamika Gautam who is the wife of Godda MP Nishikant Dubey.
The court of justice Anand Sen in a land-related case order to quash the fir registered against her. Against Anamika Gautam two firs were registered at Deoghar Town Police Station in a land dealing case. Earlier after listening to the arguments of both the sides the court had completed hearing on February 4 and had kept its order reserved in the case.
An FIR was registered against Anamika Gautam and four others at Deoghar Town Police Station. She and others had been accused of buying land in LOKC Dham through fraudulent means.
