Governor says students need proper guidance to excel

Hazaribagh: Jharkhand Governor Ramesh Bais said that students have enough potential to excel in any field but for that they require better guidance.

While distributing degrees among 148 toppers during the first convocation ceremony of AISECT University he said knowledge cannot be stolen or snatched. Whoever has the knowledge, moves ahead in life like a river, he said while addressing students at the Tarawa Kharwa campus of the university.

He stressed practical knowledge claiming that knowledge gets reflected in a person’s character. He said education increases broadness in our thinking. He also stressed practical education. He hoped that AISECT will impart quality education, getting included in the list of top universities in the country.

Hazaribag Sadar MLA Manish Jaiswal said there is no shortcut in getting success. He asked students to think big and to work hard for success.

The vice chancellor of AISECT, Dr PK Nayak said AISECT has achieved many milestones so far by winning many awards and is focusing on providing quality education.
