Jamshedpur: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that the government is working to further scale up industrialization in the state as the government is of the vire that when industries will be set up here then only jobs will be created.
Speaking after participating in the Bhomi Pujan of expansion of TCIL here he said that the manner in which the foundation has been laid for the expansion of the project he was hopeful that in the days to come the work will be completed before the schedule due to which direct and indirect employment will be generated for the people of the area. He said that the government has been trying to frame policies which can accelerate industrialization and for that a separate industrial policy was also formed in which many industrial houses extended their cooperation.
The Chief Minister said that members of Tata Group were also present in the meeting and its better results are visible now which can be seen in the form of expansion of TCIL. Prior to that he pointed that expansion of cement manufacturing facility has also taken place in Bokaro from where production has also started. He said that Tata group has played a big role in the development of this country and the state.
The government’s effort is to strengthen the relationship with the industrial houses he said adding that every possible effort is being made for this. The Chief Minister said that the construction work of Tata Cancer Hospital has been completed and soon it will be dedicated to the people of the state. The government has strongly taken several steps to promote the tourism industry he said adding that many works are also being done for how Jharkhand’s tourism should progress.
Ministers Champai Soren and Banna Gupta, MLAs Ramdas Soren Sabita Mahto, Mangal Kalindi and Sanjeev Sardar along with Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Vandana Dadel, Secretary to Chief Minister Vinay Kumar Choubey, Deputy Commissioner Jamshedpur Vijaya Jadhav, Senior Superintendent of Police Prabhat Kumar, Managing Director-cum- Chief Executive Officer TVNarendran, Chief Corporate Services Chanakya Chowdhary, MD TCIL RN Murthy and others were present in the function.
