Ranchi: Former Union Minister and incharge for party affairs in Jharkhand RPN Singh on Tuesday said that the state government has fulfilled the promise of providing loan wavier to the farmers.
Speaking to the reporters at the JPCC headquarters here he that Jharkhand ranks at the third place in the country as far as providing work under Mnrega was concerned. He said that during lockdown migrant workers have been brought back and they were provided foodgrains and employment and going further all other promises will be fulfilled.
He said that by passing the Sarna religious code in the assembly the government has tried to fulfill the hopes of the people and incase of death in accident a compensation of Rs one lakh will be provided and better work is being done in the areas of animal husbandry, power generation and other areas.
RPN Singh said that Jharkhand has tremendous potential in the area of state and it will be developed into a sports state. To a query he said that so far all the four ministers of the party have performed well.
He said that under JPCC chief and Food and Civil Supplies Minister Rameshwar Oraon amid the Corona crisis all the needy families were provided ration while now 15 lakh families are being given Green Ration cards which is being appreciated across the country.
He said that under leader of legislature wing and Rural Development Minister Aalamgir Aalam work has been provided to the people under Mnrega and also pointed the works which have been done by other two ministers including Agriculture Minister Badal and Health Minister Banna Gupta.
To a question he said that Centre has been adopting negligent attitude towards non BJP states especially a backward state like Jharkhand but despite that the state government had made best use of the resources for the welfare of the people which is being appreciated by all while on the other hand the leaders of BJP are keeping silence over the injustice being meted out to the state.
