Goal is to reach the last person standing in the path of development says Chief Minister

Bokaro: Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that his government is working to take public welfare schemes to the last person standing in the path of development. The government has come to the houses of the people with the plans under the “Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwar” campaign.

The aim of the state government is that the schemes should reach the people of all sections and communities according to their feelings and expectations he said adding that last year, when the program was run by the government, at that time six thousand camps were organized all over the state through which around 40 lakh applications had come through these camps. The state government has settled almost 99 percent of the applications the Chief Minister said adding that government officials are reaching at their doorsteps and solving their problems. It has been directed to the officials that  100 percent of applications will be disposed of.

Earlier, government officials and employees used to shy away from going to remote forest, river, mountain, mountainside rural areas today the same government officials and workers are reaching the village house on foot or on motorcycles, tractors etc. Earlier, public welfare schemes were operated by sitting in air-conditioned rooms but today his government has done the work of bringing all the schemes to your doorstep. The “Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar- Aapke Dwar” program is not just a one-month campaign, but will continue to be a continuous campaign.

Addressing the program at Library Grounds at Sector 5 the Chief Minister said that new challenges keep coming before the government but fearing these challenges thr government never backs down. At present, the problem of drought has arisen among the farmers in the state to deal with the problem of drought the government has prepared an action plan as per which Instructions have been given to the officers to lay the foundation stones of five schemes in each village in the camps to be organized under “Aapki Yojana- Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar”. Our government is working with commitment to create more and more jobs he said.

Hemant said that under the Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana a target is to benefit 9 lakh adolescent girls in the state. It is a matter of happiness that in the second phase of this scheme, within 5 days two thousand adolescent girls in Bokaro district have been linked to this scheme. Along with scholarship, the state government is also working to provide cloth, book-copy and pen to the students studying in government schools of Jharkhand.

In the coming days, the children of the state can get education at par with private schools, so that the state government is working to upgrade some schools and now our children will also get quality education on the lines of DPS-DAV schools as the Principal and teachers are also being trained to run these schools he said adding that Providing better education is the priority of his government. 

The Chief Minister said that people had never thought that the children of Dalit- Adivasi, Backward would be able to study abroad but his government has worked to give wings to the dreams of these children. The state government has sent the children of these classes to study abroad after bearing all their expenses.

The Chief Minister said that since the formation of the government, there has been a spurt in the recruitment process in the state while JPSC Results came out on time on the other hand or the first time in the state, many appointments including appointment of scientists for forensic lab, the appointment of agriculture officer have been reinstated.

The Chief Minister said that in the coming few days, approval has been given for 50,000 appointments in various departments. Rules are being prepared for many appointments and after the formation of the rules the youth of the state will get job opportunities in various posts. 

The Chief Minister said that the city of Bokaro is known as an industrial city the state government has made a rule for the appointment of local people in the appointments to be made in the industrial institutions established in the state soon after setting up camps and coordinating with industrial institutions this rule will be implemented. The Chief Minister said that in every field, work is being done with commitment towards giving better direction to the state.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that Jharkhand is the first state in the country where Sarvajan Pension Yojana has been implemented. Apart from pension under social security, Lungi, Dhoti, Saree, Blanket etc are also being provided to
the needy farmers are being covered with KCC cards. Under the MNREGA scheme many different schemes have been operated to connect the people of the working class with employment.

The Chief Minister said that his government has issued 20 lakh new ration cards. By linking to the Chief Minister’s Employment Generation Scheme loans are being made available to the youth for small businesses at subsidized rates so that they can generate employment. 

The Chief Minister appealed to the people that the Chief Minister Pashudhan Yojana is being operated by the State Government. Animals and cattle sheds are being provided to the farmers at 90 percent subsidy he said adding that people are slowly leaving the the tradition of the ancestors. Animal husbandry has been the traditional business of Jharkhand, but now people are looking indifferent towards animal husbandry earlier,  the native tribals used to do animal husbandry, today cows, goats, chickens, pigs are not seen in their homes.

The Chief Minister said that still 40 percent children in the state are born malnourished. The tribal-native women here are in the grip of anemia. All these problems will be solved only when people join the livestock scheme the Chief Minister adding said that the the trend of urbanization is not a good sign for mankind.

The Chief Minister said that he grew up in Bokaro playing sports in all the streets and sectors of this city. With love of the people and their the support he is standing among the people as the chief servant of the state. As the head of the state he is discharging his responsibilities and duties and will continue to do so.

 On this occasion, Minister of Labour, Planning and Training Satyanand Bhokta, Minister of School Education and Literacy Department Jagarnath Mahto, MLA Lambodar Mahto and MLA Kumar Jai Mangal Singh addressed the people present.

On the occasion, the distribution of assets among 30 beneficiaries are covered by various schemes was done by the Chief Minister and other special guests.

On this occasion, gold medal-winning archer player Goldie Mishra was honoured by thr Chief Minister.
