Ranchi: A case of tractor theft has come to light in Ormanjhi police station area. In which the owner of the tractor, Sunil Kumar, informed that the driver of the tractor, registration number JH02AE-1536, Saurabh Rajwar, had taken the tractor with an unknown person to bring cement and carpet sheets from Ormanjhi at around 12 noon on 26th.
Since then, the mobile phones of the tractor driver and the person booking the fare are switched off. It seems that the driver and the person who booked the vehicle stole my tractor. On the basis of which a case has been registered in Ormanjhi police station under IPC 114/23, Section 379.
Meanwhile, on the basis of secret information received by the Senior Superintendent of Police during the investigation, SIT has been formed under the leadership of the Deputy Superintendent of Police on the instructions of the Rural SP.
During the raid by the team, tractor driver Saurabh Rajwar was arrested from Ramgarh and all four criminals involved in this incident were arrested. All four criminals have accepted the crime in this case. Also, on his statement, the looted tractor was recovered from Govind Kumar’s house.
Among the arrested accused
1. Robin Anthony – is a resident of Coal Company Bhadani Nagar Ramgarh.
2. Karan Kumar is a resident of Ram Coal Company Bhadani Nagar Ramgarh.
3 Ranthu Oraon is a resident of Harchand police station Ormanjhi.
4. Govind Kumar is a resident of Sikidiri.
