Five-day multimedia exhibition organised by CBC on Meri Maati Mera Desh campaign concluded at Deoghar

Deoghar: The multi-media photo exhibition, which was going on from August 26 in the RL Saraf High School campus of Deoghar on behalf of Central Bureau of Communications Dumka/ Ranchi, concluded on Wednesday on the fifth day with cultural programs and prize distribution ceremony. Even on Wednesday at the venue, winners of cultural programs and painting and essay competitions were rewarded with watches, tiffins and bags.

Highlighting the conclusion of the exhibition, Shahid Rehman, Head of Office, Central Bureau of Communications, Ranchi, spoke about its achievements in the last five days. And also expressed gratitude to the school children who participated in large numbers for maintaining their enthusiasm throughout the five days.

Principal in-charge of RL Saraf High School, Mr. Rajeev Kapoor thanked the Central Bureau of Communications for organizing this grand event in his school premises and expressed his full support for such events in future too. In the exhibition, detailed information has been given about various public welfare schemes of the Central Government, along with interesting information on topics like Selfie Point on Chandrayaan-3, Meri Mati Mera Desh, and Amrit Mahotsav etc. was also presented.

Replica of Vijay Stambh, PM Modi holding an earthen pot in his hands, Meri Maati Mera Desh selfie point, special section on the brave sons of Jharkhand, and life size photo replicas of famous fighters, etc. were the attraction points of this exhibition, which were greatly appreciated by the visitors.

In the closing ceremony, the members of Kishore Babua Kala Parishad, a cultural group associated with the department, mesmerized the audience by staging a patriotic song and a message play on ending witchcraft. On the occasion of the world famous Shravani Mela, jointly organized by Central Bureau of Communications, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India’s Ranchi and Dumka units for five days from 26 August 2023 at RL Saraf School premises, Deoghar. The next two-day exhibition on Meri Mati Mera Desh etc. is being organized by the Central Bureau of Communications from tomorrow, August 31, at Patratu block of Ramgarh
