Favour development through people’s participation says Raghubar in Jamtara

Jamtara, Jun 20: Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar DasĀ  said that the intentions and policies of his government were clear and he favoured development through people’s participation as part of which Vikas Melas are being organised so that the benfits of the schemes can reach to the people.
Addressing the Vikas Mela and cum exhibition organised at Duladih Grounds here he said that the government was committed for poverty eradication and said that funds will not be an issue in execution of schemes. He said that his government was committed for all round development of the villages, cities and the entire state and added that his government has added new dimension to progress.
The Chief Minister said that due to middlemen the poor were not able to get the benefits of the schemes and the government has worked to wipe them out. The government is sending money in the account of the beneficiary through DBT which is giving sleepless nights to the middlemen and the corrupt.
He said that the state government was also working for the upliftment of the women of the state and said that all the schemes including the PMAY, Ujjwala Yojana, Toilet Construction ar ebeing done keeping in mind the interest of the women of the state. He also detailed about the various schemes and programmes which are being run by the state government for the empowerment and well being of the women in Jharkhand.
