Ranchi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is investigating the tender commission scam case in Jharkhand.
In this case, ED interrogated IAS Manish Ranjan for about eight hours on Tuesday.
ED has called Manish Ranjan again for questioning on June 3.
During the investigation of the scam, on May 6, ED got hold of many documents from the flat of Minister Alamgir Alam’s PS Sanjeev Lal and his servant Jahangir.
It contains complete details of the people to whom the commission amount went.
ED also asked questions and answers in this regard.
But Manish Ranjan expressed his ignorance on all these questions.
ED also made him sit in front of Minister Alamgir Alam and asked him many questions.
But both of them remained silent on ED’s questions.
Earlier, ED had called him for questioning on May 24, but he did not come to the ED office and requested the investigating agency to give him time.
But the ED summoned him again the very next day on 25th May and called him for questioning on 28th May.
