Dumka: Leader of Congress Legislature Wing and State Rural Development Minister Aalamgir Alam has said that BJP and AJSU government was in power for most of the time in Jharkhand but they kept the larger interest of the people of the state sidelined by complicating the domicile policy.
On the other hand, the government of JMM, Congress and RJD will announce a local policy soon keeping in mind the interests of all sections and people of the society. The minister who reached Dumka to review the preparations for the divisional level workers meet said that BJP never took a concrete decision on the domicile matter.
When asked about the statement given by Congress leader and state Health Minister Banna Gupta in Congress’s Chintan Shivir a few days ago regarding JMM leaders not wanting the Congress party to be strong in Jharkhand he said that it could be someone’s personal statement but all the coalition parties in the government are firmly united and all are running the government together. He described the budget as brilliant and in the interest of the state. He said that a membership drive is being also run to strengthen the party
