Ranchi: Jharkhand DGP MV Rao chaired a high-level meeting with the senior officials of the state police, CRPF as well as with all the SPs of the districts via video conferencing during which he reviewed the law and order situation and anti-insurgency operations on in the state.
The DGP gave necessary instructions to maintain coordination between the police and CRPF in the execution of anti-insurgency operations. He also asked for continuous and dedicated efforts against the various splinter groups active in the different districts.
During the meeting all the SSPs, SPs, officials of CRPF and DIGs of the different zones detailed regarding the operations being executed in their respective areas and also shed light on the achievements made.
Various ADGs, IGs and DIGs rank officers were present in the meeting.
