Deputy Commissioner Reviews Development Projects and Public Welfare Schemes During Gola Visit

Ramgarh: Deputy Commissioner Mr. Rituraj on Thursday visited Gola block to review the progress of various development projects, public welfare schemes, and basic infrastructure facilities. During the visit, he directed officials to ensure that all works are completed within the stipulated timeline while maintaining quality standards.

As part of the tour, the Deputy Commissioner inspected several ongoing development works in Nemra. He reviewed the progress of the projects on the ground and instructed departmental officials and executing agencies to maintain construction quality and complete the work within the fixed deadline.

Later, the Deputy Commissioner visited Uparbarga Panchayat, where he participated in the Jal Samvad programme along with Ramgarh MLA Mrs. Mamta Devi. During the programme, he interacted directly with villagers and listened to their grievances and suggestions. In several cases, he instructed officials on the spot to resolve issues immediately, while other matters were marked for priority-based action. Appreciation certificates were also distributed among employees for their commendable work.

To assess healthcare services in the region, the Deputy Commissioner inspected the Community Health Centre in Gola, as well as the health sub-centres at Sondimra and Nemra. He reviewed the attendance of doctors and staff, availability of medicines, cleanliness, and facilities being provided to patients. He instructed officials to ensure regular medical services and prevent inconvenience to patients.

The Deputy Commissioner also inspected the Barlanga water supply scheme and reviewed the progress of ongoing repair work. He directed officials to speed up the maintenance work and restore smooth water supply at the earliest. He emphasized that drinking water availability should not be affected during the summer season.

At the end of the visit, the Deputy Commissioner instructed all concerned officials to regularly monitor government schemes being implemented in the area and warned that negligence would not be tolerated. He said ensuring transparent and timely delivery of benefits to the public should remain the administration’s top priority.
