Ranchi: The ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has dared the BJP and its Godda MP Nishikant Dubey to face the ire following their continuous attack on the party and said that after every adverse situation the party has emerged stronger.
After the Delhi High Court stayed proceedings against JMM Chief Shibu Soren before the Lok Pal in a matter of allegation of possession of disproportionate assets against the latter JMM spokesperson and general secretary Supriyo Bhattacharya in a press statement said that the property of Shibu Soren is faith and trust of Moolvasis, tribals, downtrodden and the exploited community and those who intend to attack the party gets destroyed.
In the press statement, the party spokesperson alleged the BJP of misusing constitutional institutions saying the party is failing each time it attempts to misuse constitutional institutions for vested interest. The party spokesperson said the decision of the Delhi High Court to stay proceedings of Lok Pal is a big blow to the conspiracy hatched by Godda MP Nishikant Dubey and the BJP against JMM.
