Ranchi: A delegation of Adivasi Mahasabha met Chief Minister Hemant Soren here and handed him a memorandum.
The Mahasabha informed that on October 16 the local administration had sealed the donation box of Deori Diri located under Tamar block of Ranchi district. On the other hand, on October 18 FIRs was also registered against some of the members of the Mahasabha due to which members of the Adivasi and Moolvasis community were very angry.
The members of the delegation demanded that the donation box be opened and the management of Deori Dari should be given back to the Gram Sabha and legal action should be taken against such officials who had destroyed the peace of the Gram sabha.
