Giridih: A deer strayed from the forest and reached the village in Giridih.

Where the villagers caught him and handed him over to the forest department.

According to the villagers, the deer was surrounded by some stray dogs.

The villagers saved the deer from its clutches.

This whole matter is of Nimadih village of Khijuri Panchayat under Third Block.

On Sunday morning, an injured deer was surrounded by more than half a dozen stray dogs.

The deer was running from here to there to save its life.

After which the villagers chased away the stray dogs from the spot and caught the deer.

During this time, a large crowd of villagers gathered to see the deer.

Also this information was given to the Forest Department.

On the spot, the forest department team reached the spot and brought the deer with them to the BIT office.

Forester Amar Vishwakarma said that the forest deer has been kept in the premises after getting first aid from the medical in-charge.

It is said that he has been injured by some animals and is being treated and will be kept in the forest premises till he recovers.

Then it will be released back into the dense forest.
