Ranchi: The total number of active Covid-19 cases in Jharkhand has gone down significantly since the starting of August. As per the official government data, the number of active cases on August 1 was 1,117 whereas it has come down to 413 as per the latest data.
As far as Ranchi district is considered, the cases out here have also seen a substantial degradation as the currently active cases stand at 63 as compared to 323 on August 1.
Notably, districts including Chatra, Jamtara, Pakur, Sahebganj, Saraikela and Simdega currently have zero active covid cases. Meanwhile, the rate of vaccination has also gone up in the state.
