Ranchi: Under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Ranchi Rahul Kumar Sinha the works/matters related to land revenue were reviewed. Additional Collector, Ranchi Rajesh Kumar Barwar, Deputy Collector, Land Reforms Rajeev Kumar, Sub-Divisional Officer, Bundu, Ajay Kumar Sao all circle officers of the district and other concerned officials were present. In the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha gave necessary directions to all circle officers to speed up the pace of mutation.
He also directed expediting the pending succession mutation cases. During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner, while reviewing the cases of land demarcation zone-wise, directed all the Circle Officers to execute the pending cases as soon as possible. The Deputy Commissioner was also instructed to speed up the issuance of pending caste/income/residential certificates so that the applicants could get the certificates in time.
He also directed to speed up the transfer of land to various agencies of the Government of India and the Government of Jharkhand so that construction of buildings of various departments and health centers, TOPs, etc. could be started.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned Zonal Officer to mark the land for land transfer as soon as possible. The cases pending in the courts of different level revenue officers were also reviewed by the Deputy Commissioner.
Instructing to speed up the work, the Deputy Commissioner directed to reduce the number of pending cases. While reviewing the Chief Minister Drought Relief Scheme, the Deputy Commissioner directed to provide benefits of the scheme to the eligible people.
Necessary guidelines were given to the concerned officials and officers to speed up the entry of ‘Gair-Majurwa’ land in the NGDRS portal. Along with this he directed to speed up the execution of complaints received on the rectification portal.
