DC reviews works/matters related to land revenue

Ranchi: Under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Ranchi Rahul Kumar Sinha chaired a review meeting of works/matters related to land revenue was organized in the Deputy Commissioner Auditorium located at the Collectorate. 

Additional Collector Ranchi Rajesh Kumar Barwar and Sub-Divisional Officer Bundu Rajesh Kumar Saw, Deputy Collector Land Reforms Sadar Ranchi and Bundu, Special Regulation Officer Ranchi, all circle officers and concerned officials of Ranchi district were present in the meeting.

The Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi directed that all the pending cases of the agriculture census should be executed as soon as possible by the zonal officers. He said that by speeding up the work, settle the pending cases. In particular, the Circle Officers of Angada, Bundu, Itki, Kanke, Chanho, Lapung, Namkum, Ormanjhi, Rahe, Ranchi (Sadar), Ratu, Silli, Sonahatu, Tamar were directed by the Deputy Commissioner to execute all pending cases in the circle as soon as possible. 

Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha directed all circle officers to issue income certificate/residential certificate/caste certificate on time. He said that all the cases pending at CO or employee level should be executed as soon as possible.

He directed to ensure payment by approving all the applications related to payment in category A and category C under Chief Minister Drought Relief Scheme, which are at the level of Sub-Divisional Officer, Zonal Officer. Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi directed all the concerned officers to dispose of all the cases related to land transfer pending at the Zonal/Department/ Applicant Institute level at the earliest.

While reviewing the latest situation in relation to e-Court, the Deputy Commissioner gave necessary directions to all the concerned officials to settle all the pending cases in time. 

He gave necessary guidelines to the concerned officers while reviewing the updated status of the complaint received on the rejection of succession / mutual partition and the entry of Garmajrua land in the NGDRS portal and the rectification portal.
