DC reviews preparations for appointment letter distribution programme

Ranchi: The program of distribution of appointment letters to the local youth in the private sector is scheduled by Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Sunday during which a total of 10,000 appointment letters will be distributed.

These appointment letters are related to the Department of Labor, Planning, Training and Skill Development, Industries Department, Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department and other departments. Morhabadi ground has been made the venue for the event.

A meeting was organized under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Rahul Kumar Sinha regarding the preparation at the venue. During the meeting, he gave proper and necessary directions after taking updated information from the nodal officers of various cells constituted at the district level for the preparation and successful operation of the programme.

While reviewing the construction of the main stage and the arrangement of the ground at the venue, the Deputy Commissioner, while reviewing the preparations made for 10,000 beneficiaries and guests, gave necessary directions to the concerned officer. He also gave necessary directions regarding the supervision of program operation, arrangement of a sound system and light on stage, work plan for the distribution of appointment letters while coordinating, making the beneficiaries sit at the designated place of the ceremony, etc.

Necessary guidelines regarding the supervision of the work related to banner posters, backdrops, cutouts and other publicity related to the program, wide publicity, coordination with the press media, and broadcasting of the program were also issued.

During the program, the Deputy Commissioner directed the Traffic DSP to publish the route chart in newspapers with regard to the arrangement of parking and the traffic route chart. During the program, the Deputy Commissioner also gave necessary directions regarding maintenance of law and order, deputation and briefing of magistrate and police force.
