DC not following CM’s order to face action warns Barnwal

Ranchi, Jun 12: Action will be taken against outsource agencies which do not pay employees after work under Labour law said Principle secretary to Chief Minister cum Secretary Information and public relations department Sunil Kumar Barnwal.

 

He was reviewing complaints received in Jansamvad Kendra at Suchna Bhawan. Complaints of all districts were reviewed through video conferencing during which a total of 18 complaints were reviewed by him.

 

Over a complaint from Ramgarh which was brought before the Chief Minister in the Siddhi Baat programme regarding salary payment to one Govind Baraik who was working in the Forest Department from 2012 to 2015 under MADA scheme the Deputy Commissioner of Ramgarh was instructed to ensure immediate payment but it has not yet been made. On this the secretary instructed to ensure payment immediately and said that Deputy Commissioner who do not comply with the order of the Chief Minister during the Siddhi Baat will have to be accountable for their action.

 

Over the issue of salary not  not been paid to nearly 100 employees working in various offices of the Department of Energy, Jamtara, from September 2017.
