Ranchi: After being shut down for five months due to Coronavirus the Dasham Falls located in Bundu Block has been once again opened for the people.
Jharkhand has been blessed by mother nature in various ways and especially Ranchi and its surrounding areas are the home to a number of picturesque waterfalls and scenic beauties. The opening of the fall has once again got the area buzzing.
Tourists from near and far are now thronging to the falls to see its beauty. A tourist who had come from Faridabad said that the beauty of the fall is on par with Akhirapalli of Kerala and lauded the cleanliness and security in the area.
The mesmerizing Dasham falls from a height of 144 metres. Though the fall had dried in the summers, but the continued rainfall has once again got the waters gushing with full flow.
A Paryatak Mitra, Jogeshwar Ahir said that a large number of tourists are coming to the spot but due to the high current of the river the people are not being allowed to get into the water.
