CPI (Maoist) called Jharkhand Bandh on May 15

Naxalite organization CPI Maoists called Bharat Bandh on 15th May.  In this regard, a press release has been issued by Saket, spokesperson of the Eastern Regional Bureau of the CPI-Maoist Central Committee.  It has been written in the release that 5 Naxalite leaders were killed by drugging them in the Chatra forest of Jharkhand.  

On the other hand, in Chhattisgarh, their comrades are being killed by drone bombings.  The Naxalite organization is infuriated by the all-round action of the security forces.

In protest against this, a bandh has been called across India on 15th May.  The Maoists have appealed to all to support the bandh. This time the entire India bandh has been announced including Jharkhand-Bihar.  The Jharkhand Police is in alert mode on the instructions of the DGP of Jharkhand in the matter.  

The security forces have been asked to take special vigilance during the anti-Naxal operation.  During this time all essential services like milk, medical, hospital and ambulance, etc. will be free from the bandh.
