Ranchi: A road accident occurred on Ranchi-Tata Highway early in the morning on Monday.

The container hit a truck parked on the highway from behind, injuring the driver.

The truck loaded with cement had been standing on the highway since yesterday due to a breakdown.

The driver of the container was badly injured in this accident that took place in the Tamar police station area of the capital Ranchi.

The chamber of the container was completely damaged in the accident.

The driver remained stuck in the chamber for a long time.

After a lot of effort, the police took the driver out of the container.

After first aid at the health centre of Tamar, in view of the serious condition of the driver, he was referred to RIMS, Ranchi.

Deepak Yadav is a resident of Banka district of Bihar.

A cement laden truck has been standing on the highway near Jojodih since June 2 due to breakdown.

The same truck was hit from behind by a container coming from Jamshedpur, in which the driver was injured.

Accidents happen every day due to breakdown trucks on Ranchi-Tata road.

The National Highway Authority is not taking any action on this.

Due to breakdown trucks, 6 people have died in a week while dozens have been injured.

Local people say that if the National Highway Authority removes breakdown vehicles on time, there will not be so many accidents.

Due to the negligence of NHAI, people are losing their lives.
