Congress demands govt to set up new plant on land of Japla cement factory

Ranchi: A delegation of the Jharkhand Congress met Industries Secretary K Ravi Kumar and handed him a memorandum demanding that on 150 acres of vacant land of Japla cement plant a new plan should be set up.

The members of the delegation said that if the state government sets up a new plant at the site of the plant than employment opportunities will be available to the youths in Japla, Hussainabad, Palamu. The party said that the Chief Minister himself talks of providing jobs to the youth for which there was a need to put up more industries as than only they can get employment.

The members of the delegation included party spokespersons Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, Dr M Tauseef, Dr Rajesh Gupta and others.
