Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Friday will inaugurate the Jharniyojan which is aimed at providing a common platform to employees and job seekers. The Chief Minister will inaugurate the portal in his Room located in the Jharkhand Assembly at 4 PM.
Through the jharniyojan. jharkhand.gov.in portal created by the Department of Labour Planning, Training and Skill Development the government is trying to provide a platform to employers and job seekers.
On this portal, employers can share information about their business and manpower related to it, as well as create vacancies for the required manpower. At the same time, candidates desirous of employment will be able to register themselves for related employment and fill out their applications.
Along with this, in the interest of the youth of the state, the government expects all employers to voluntarily ensure 75 percent local participation in the private sector employment of Jharkhand state while discharging their social and moral responsibility towards the state and complying with the Employment of Local Candidates Act 2021 in the private sector.
