CM Hemant Soren handed over offer letters to 10,020 candidates during Rozgar Mela

Ranchi:  Assistant police personnel of the state will get an extension of two years, Minister Hemant Soren made this announcement while addressing the offer letter distribution ceremony at the Divisional Employment Fair organized in Chaibasa.

The Chief Minister said that the government is worried about the future of auxiliary police personnel and concrete decisions will be taken soon in this direction.

The Chief Minister said that the government has taken a resolution to serve the population of 3.25 crores of the state.

In this direction, in a short span of time, we have taken many such decisions, which are taking the state forward.

The schemes related to public welfare are now coming on the ground and its effect is also visible.

The Chief Minister said that the doors of employment have opened from all sides in the state.

In this episode, many employment schemes are going on for educated and less educated and illiterate people.

On the other hand, those who are interested in self-employment are being provided financial assistance under the Chief Minister’s Employment Generation Scheme.

The Chief Minister said that we are not only giving employment to the youth but also providing them government help for preparing for competitive examinations as well as doing courses like medical, engineering and law.

Apart from this, under the Mukhyamantri Sarathi Yojana, Birsa Center has been opened to provide free skill development training to the youth in their own block. Government is giving 100% scholarships for higher education abroad.

Free residential coaching program has been started for the preparation of competitive exams for the very sensitive tribal youths.

There are many other schemes that the government has started to make your future.

The Chief Minister said that the recruitment process has started on a large scale for vacant posts in other government departments, so the government has made rules to provide employment to the tribals and natives in the private sector as well.

He said that now it will be mandatory to give 75 percent employment to the tribals and natives in the private institutions and companies working in the state in jobs up to Rs 40,000 per month.

After the enactment of this law, it is a milestone for the state to get offer letters to 10,020 (ten thousand twenty) youths simultaneously from Kolhan land for the first time.

I am also very happy to know that there are about 9500 tribal-natives in this and 80 percent of them are tribal, dalit, minority and backward class youth.

This process will continue further and will provide employment to the youth here on a large scale.

The Chief Minister said that if you are strong then there will be happiness and prosperity in your family.

When your family is happy then the state will also become strong and strong.

With this thinking, the government is standing with you to make you stand on your feet.

In this direction, an action policy has been made for better use of resources.

Our resolve is to provide better arrangements for a better life to the people of the state.

The Chief Minister said that we have taken Jharkhand as a separate state after a long struggle.

Now we will take our rights by fighting.

The Chief Minister said that I have also come from among you, so I am well aware of your problems. In such a situation, we are making plans according to your expectations and putting them on the ground.

Ever since our government was formed, many challenges came before us, but facing all these challenges, today we are giving a new direction to the state.

The Chief Minister said that Jharkhand is a tribal dominated state.

But, for 20 years after the formation of a separate state, the interests of the tribals continued to be side-lined.

When our government was formed, many schemes were started to connect the tribals with development.

Tribal art-culture and tradition should get separate recognition, hence a grand event of tribal festival was started.

He told the tribals to unite and show their strength, only then they would become strong and move forward.

On this occasion Minister Alamgir Alam, Champai Soren, Satyanand Bhokta, Joba Manjhi and Banna Gupta, Member of Parliament Geeta Koda, MLA Sukhram Oraon, Niral Purti, Savita Mahto, Deepak Pidhi, Sonaram Sinku, Many officers including Mangal Kalindi, Sameer Mohanty, Sanjeev Sardar, Secretary to Chief Minister Vinay Kumar Choubey, Labor Secretary Rajesh Sharma, Divisional Commissioner Manoj Kumar were present.
