Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren has asked the Godda DC to undertake an immediate probe into an incident in which a Dalit family was made to go homeless.
Through his Twitter handle the Chief Minister asked the Godda DC to take immediate cognizance of the matter and take appropriate action.
The Chief Minister was informed that a dalit family that resides in ward number 4 of Godda Nagar Parishad was forcibly evicted from their home by the administration.
In another tweet, he directed the DC of East Singhbhum to provide necessary help to Sukumar Dalai a resident of Vrindavanpur village of Bahragoda block. Dalai is battling a serious disease and his family was not in a position to get proper treatment done due to lack of money.
