Ranchi: A hearing was held in the High Court on the bail application of former Ranchi DC Chhavi Ranjan, accused of land scam.
During the hearing held on Monday, the court sought response from the ED on Chhavi Ranjan’s petition.
Along with this, the court has verbally asked whether the investigation is going on in this case, the court has verbally directed that if the investigation is going on, then it should be completed soon.
Now the court will next hear the matter on 11 September.
A hearing was held on Chhavi Ranjan’s petition in the court of High Court judge Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi.
Advocates Indrajit Sinha, Abhishek Singh and Abhishek Chaudhary argued on his behalf.
