Chhattisgarh BJP candidate Brahmanand Netam gets relief from HC, court ban on coercive action

Ranchi: BJP candidate from Chhattisgarh Brahmanand Netam has got a big relief from the Jharkhand High Court.

The High Court has stayed the coercive action against him till the next hearing. The court has ordered that no coercive action should be taken against them. The case was heard in the court of Justice Sanjay Dwivedi of Jharkhand High Court. 

On behalf of Brahmanand Netam, High Court advocates Indrajit Sinha and Kumar Harsh argued in the court that their client has no involvement in the case nor is his name in the FIR, yet the police are harassing him. There are serious allegations against Bramhanand Netam, who was declared BJP’s candidate in the Bhanupratappur byelection.
