Ranchi: Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), a mini ratna company of the Union Government organized a quiz competition at CCL Headquarters, Darbhanga House, Ranchi on Friday. The quiz competition was based on the topic HR & Know your company.
The quiz competition consisted of multiple choice, oral and rapid rounds. Director (Personnel) Harsh Nath Mishra felicitated the winners.
He said that programs like these help inculcate a feeling of belongingness and curiosity amongst the employees to know more and more about their company. He added that these competitions will continue in the future.
Staff officers (Personnel) from all the operational areas and CCL HQ participated in this competition. The objective of the quiz was to enhance the knowledge of the senior executives about the HR rules prevailing in the company and also related to Coal India Limited.
All the participants appreciated the initiative and said that such competitions help in recalling the facts related to the company and also inculcate the spirit of healthy competition.
