Cabinet approves allocation of 6 Acres of Land for construction of Hotel Taj in Ranchi

Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren chaired year’s first cabinet meeting of the year along with his ministers at Project Building in Ranchi on Tuesday.

Following Decisions were taken in the meeting.

Cabinet approves widening, strengthening and reconstruction of Koyla Mod to Chhota Mohanpur Bhaya Paiekpara road under Pakur district by transferring it from the Rural Works Department to the Road Construction Department.

Cabinet allocated Rs. 86, 15, 75,400 for the widening and strengthening/reconstruction work of “Hoor Mod, Daltonganj – Shahpur road to Daltonganj border Bhaya Dumariya-Danda road under Road Division, Garhwa.

Cabinet approved Rs. 126, 34, 00, 240 for Widening and strengthening work in four lanes including land acquisition and utility shifting from Namkum to Doranda Road.

Approval of Rs. 30, 50, 43,700 for Widening and Existing Rail under Bridge, Bridge no.-1, Gaya Bridge to Dhanbad Railway Station of NH-32 at Dhanbad under Dhanbad Municipal Corporation.

Administrative approval of Rs. 30, 61, 78,100 for Improvement in riding quality of Khunti-Torpa-Kolebira road from 56 Km to 82 km.

Approval has been given for total area covered in various stains of Anchal-Paljori, Mauza-Churikanali under Deoghar district – 18.31 acres of non-residential land.

Cabinet approves Rs 9, 38, 59,532 on payment by ECL Chitra Coal Mines.

Approval was given for a paid lease arrangement for 30 years with S.P. Mines (ECL), Chitra.

The facility of laptop / tablet was given to all the officers of the Indian Administrative Service posted in the state of Jharkhand below the level of Joint Secretary and below the level of Additional Secretary of other services, to achieve the objective of e-governance.

The Health and Family Welfare Department approved the dismissal of Dr. Seema Sahu, Assistant Professor, Medinirai Medical College, Palamu from service.

Approval was given to increase in food allowance during the camps of National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets of Jharkhand state.

Approval was given to dismiss Dr. Md. Ibrar, Specialist Radiologist, Sadar Hospital, Giridih from service.

Approval was given to dismiss Dr. Sanjay Kumar, Medical Officer, Primary Health Center, Kuchhu, Ormanjhi, Ranchi.

Approval was given to amend the Jharkhand Anganwadi Sevak / Helper Selection and Honorarium (including other conditions) Rules, 2022, administrative approval was given for a total expenditure of Rs 27732.00 lakh on this.

Approval was given for creation of posts for the operation of Pandit Raghunath Murmu Tribal University, Jamshedpur.

“Plan for implementation of Hub for Empowerment of Women (HEW)” was approved for supervision and monitoring of various schemes run under Centrally Sponsored Mission Shakti for successful implementation.

The outline and process of implementation of the proposed scheme for cordoning off and beautification of religious places, crematoriums and crematoriums in Scheduled Caste/Backward Class dominated villages of Jharkhand state was approved.

Approval was given to allot a total of 6.00 acres of land on lease in Site-1 of Core Capital Area to The Indian Hotels Company Limited for the construction of ‘Taj Hotel’ as a world-class tourism infrastructure in the capital Ranchi.
