Budget Session: CM says will reply at correct time over recruitment policy

Ranchi: The issue of recruitment and local policies returned to the Jharkhand assembly after the BJP legislators sought a reply from Chief Minister Hemant Soren on the matter in accordance with the decision taken in the meeting of the business advisory committee on March 16.

He alleged them of playing with the dignity of the house and demanded action against them. “In logon ko Kapda Phad Kar Ram Bhakt Hone Ka Parichay dena Padta (BJP legislators have to tear their clothes to prove themselves devotees of Ram.” The Chief Minister said when the BJP was in power it did not spare a single penny for Ram Janki Tapowan Mandir in Ranchi while his government planned for its development silently and also laid foundation for developmental work.

He said that he would reply on the recruitment and local policy at an opportune moment in the house. As the Chief Minister was speaking, the BJP legislators continued their ruckus, alleging the chief minister of not respecting the decision taken in a business advisory committee meeting. Amid chaos, the speaker adjourned the proceedings till 2:00 pm
