BJP making misuse of constitutional institutions: Hemant Soren

Ranchi: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Friday said that there was a constitution and law in the country and no one was above that. Talking to media at the project building here he said that the ED raid is merely a hoax threatening and he is not scared of that. He said that there was nothing to worry about as the government will continue to work strongly and take its rights. He said that days are not far when Sarpanch and Mukhiyas will be subjected to an ED probe.

The Chief Minister said that the CBI is conducting a probe into many irregularities committed in the JPSC exam but what has been its outcome. To a query, he said that why the Election Commission is in such a hurry and the question should be asked to it and he was no one to speak on the issue. Hemant said that he was not an exception and wherever BJP is not in power similar things are happening as all are aware of its sole motives. Attacking the BJP he said that when the party is not able to win in political fields then it makes misuse of constitutional institutions.

He said that the present political definition being given out by BJP is not in the interest of the country. Taking a swipe he said that BJP is like a lost child which runs away with the wicket and ball from the field after losing the match. He said that BJP has gone restless as after 20 years it was thrown out of power from the state and not only that people of Jharkhand also took away the tag of being the largest party in the house therefore by hook or crook BJP is trying to grab power but no matter how hard it tries the present government will complete its tenure and intentions of BJP will be never successful.
