Mumbai: Joining the ongoing social media trend, actress Bipasha Basu revisited cherished memories from 2016, a year that marked major milestones in her personal life with husband Karan Singh Grover.
Taking to Instagram, Bipasha shared a series of throwback photographs that captured her journey from engagement to marriage. The post opened with a picture of her flaunting her engagement ring, captioned “Just said yes.”
The collection went on to feature key moments from the couple’s love story, including meeting each other’s parents, the bachelorette party, the mehendi ceremony, and their traditional Bengali wedding. She also shared a glimpse from her first Karwa Chauth after marriage.
Among the photos was a striking image of Bipasha posing in a multicoloured bikini, captioned “Ohh lala,” followed by a black-and-white picture of the couple labelled “Soulmate.” Another frame showed the actress in a short white dress with the message “Love yourself.”
The final photograph captured Bipasha and Karan smiling together on the last night of 2016. She captioned the post, “2016 was,” accompanied by emotive symbols.
Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover tied the knot in April 2016 in an intimate ceremony attended by close friends and family. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Devi, on November 12, 2022.
Earlier this month, Bipasha celebrated her birthday on January 7 with Karan and Devi. Sharing moments from the celebration on social media, she captioned the post, “Birthday 2026. Blessed and Blissed.”
One photograph showed Bipasha joyfully leaping on the beach as little Devi looked on in awe, while another captured the actress sharing a warm embrace with her husband.
