Babulal writes to Hemant over fee in private schools

Ranchi: Leader of the legislature wing of BJP Babulal Marandi has written a letter to Chief Minister Hemant Soren urging him to take a necessary decision over the payment of fee in private schools of the state.

He said that parties in the government were having different opinions over the matter as while the education minister has asked the private schools not to collect the fee while the views of the Congress party was different.

He said that all the stakeholders including the management of the schools, parents and the government should need to work together and extend cooperation to each other to solve the issue.

He said that the school managements should understand that it was a period of crisis, therefore, they should not insist on more than the basic fee, moreover for such parents who are not in a position to pay the fee they should be given some relaxation and the government too needed to play its active role and after considering each and every point decision should be taken.

Mr Marandi said that the matter of forming a high-level committee under Chief Secretary over fee deciding was pending before the Chief Minister which should be formed without delay.
