Babulal Marandi targets Congress over emergency

Ranchi: Emergency Day was observed as Black Day by the State BJP on Tuesday. BJP leaders and workers observed the occasion by wearing black badges, organizing seminars in all the 27 organizational districts of the state.

The speakers discussed the emergency and called upon the new generation of the country to know and understand it. Former chief minister and BJP state president Babulal Marandi was also present on the occasion.

“Dictatorship and corruption are in the DNA of the Congress party. Emergency imposed in the country by Mrs. Indira Gandhi on 25th June 1975 is a dark chapter in the democratic history of India”.

He said that today those who pretended to save democracy, save the Constitution, tried to end democracy itself from India. It is the same Congress which amended the Constitution time and again in its own interest.
