Ranchi: The 133rd birth anniversary of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar was celebrated with the participation of all the six Ranchi units of SAIL Satellite.
Ashish Chakraborty ED (HRD & SSO), SK Verma ED (CET), SK Kar ED (RDCIS) and other senior officers and employees of SAIL were present at the function.
S Jachuk CGM (P&A) welcomed all the employees on this occasion.
After this J. Hemrome informed the attendees about the life and achievements of Dr. BR Ambedkar.
All the Executive Directors of SAIL appreciated the contribution of Dr. Ambedkar towards the country and also urged the attendees to adopt the principles of Dr. Ambedkar’s great character in their daily life.
The 133rd birth anniversary of Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the creator of the Indian Constitution, was celebrated in the Mayuri Auditorium of CMPDI. CMPDI Chairman-cum-Managing Director Manoj Kumar, Director (Technical/CRD) Shankar Nagachari, Director (Technical/P&D) Ajay Kumar, Regional Director of Regional Institute-3-Ranchi Jayant Chakraborty, General Manager and Heads of Departments paid tribute and their Contribution remembered.
On this occasion, Manoj Kumar appealed to the people to read literature and books related to Dr. Bhim Rao.
This will help in knowing and understanding the real essence of his ideals and principles.
He also said that efforts should be made to build an egalitarian society by following the path shown by him.
On this occasion, special guest Additional Chief Medical Officer SAIL Vijay Kumar Trisharan highlighted in detail on liberty, equality and fraternity.
He said that there are three important factors in the Constitution of India, which empowers all the citizens of the country.
He further said that the purpose of education is to socialize a person, make him moral and strive for social justice for the betterment of the society.
