Ahmedabad: Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the flagship company of the Adani Group, reported a massive 90-times year-on-year surge in net profit to Rs 5,627 crore for the October–December quarter (Q3 FY26), the company announced on Tuesday.
For the first nine months of FY26, AEL recorded consolidated EBITDA of Rs 11,985 crore, while total revenue stood at Rs 69,756 crore, according to a company statement.
During the quarter, the company further strengthened its reputation for operational excellence with the commencement of operations at the greenfield Navi Mumbai International Airport, achieved in less than five years from acquisition. It also completed two HAM road projects and inaugurated the integrated new terminal building at Guwahati airport within scheduled timelines.
Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani said the company delivered a strong operating performance in the first nine months of FY26, reflecting the strength of its incubator model and diversified infrastructure portfolio. He described the start of operations at Navi Mumbai International Airport as a landmark milestone, underscoring the group’s commitment to developing nationally critical infrastructure with speed and scale.
Highlighting growth drivers, Gautam Adani noted continued progress across airports, renewable manufacturing, data centres and transport infrastructure, supported by strong capital market backing. AEL successfully raised Rs 24,930 crore through a rights issue, which was oversubscribed by 30 per cent, and mobilised an additional Rs 1,000 crore through its third public issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) in January 2026.
Adani New Industries Ltd (ANIL), part of the green hydrogen ecosystem, continued to report module sales exceeding 1 GW per quarter, with domestic solar module sales rising 40 per cent to 997 MW during the quarter. Adani Solar is now the only Indian company ranked among the top 10 global solar manufacturers.
Meanwhile, AEL’s water business received a letter of intent to develop the Mithi river project, and ACX Data Centres operationalised an additional 14.4 MW capacity, taking its total operational capacity beyond 50 MW.
As India progresses towards becoming a $5 trillion economy, Gautam Adani said AEL remains committed to incubating globally competitive businesses that deliver sustainable growth, technological leadership and long-term national impact.
